Centrepiece bowl on base with three arms in figural female forms

Art Deco? satin amber bowl, ribbed, inverted scalloped rim and garland swags. Its the base that is most interesting.
Its an inverted bowl from which sprouts three female figural arms that are purely decorative.
Its amazing there is no damage or even minor scratches.
Unfortunately no makers marks either.
