Hi.
Here we have a fabulous deep cut vase, that has been drilled to become a lamp base. Clearly signed on the underneath. I have tried to research this maker, but with no luck. C.Dingly ? Must have been an accomplished glassmaker. Any information gladly received.

It's annoying that I can find no references or information about this maker. He was obviously a skilled glass worker.
Is it actually glass? Or glazed pottery? The way the bottom is finished it looks more like pottery, unless it's the photo.

CATTEAUGLASS I MAY HAVE A IDEA, I HAVE TWO VASES VERY SIMILAR IN DESIGN, ONE WHITE SIGNED/ S OVER N/ IN BOTTOM OF VASE. I MADE A NOTE OF MANUFACTURER HAVE TO FIND IT. BUT MAY JUST BE A ONE OFF A KIND. I HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS ARTIST BEFORE. THE ETCHING VERY WELL DONE. GILBERT
