Found at an Estate sale in Dallas Texas. 8x10 Black and White Photo of John Wayne and A Theater Executive doing the Publicity tour in Texas, promoting the Texas Themed Movie's. Photo circa 1951, don’t know the mans name holding a white hat. 2nd photo shows John Wayne accepting a proclamation of some kind with the Texas Flag on the Document. Anybody know who is presenting to Him ?
