Today I read a post by ohmyflyguy. Bill Barnes Air Trails was featured. It reminded me of the flour sack my aunt gave me 20 years ago distributed by the Gulf State Milling Co, Fort Worth, Texas.

Sky King was a radio and television series that ran from 1951 to 1959. My first experience was radio. We didn't have access to television until 1957. I don't think I missed a single episode or at least I hope I didn't. I probably had flour sack underwear with the airplane on it.
    Good memories.

I loved the tv show, Sky King! It was a nice change from the cowboys and Indians on horseback tv shows we saw so much of back then.
