    This 2 1-2" splay design brooch has two tone pale & light blue rhinestones on silvertone, by Regency (1950-1970) from the 1950s

      Ken I'm so grateful to you for the always wonderful praise for my pieces, this may be a more subtle Regency because of its pale colors & splay design, but I really love how it dresses up an outfit, it almost looks like a bridal bouquet to me

      Mary thank you for the wonderful images of a billowy sky, I can picture it and yes I love the pastel softness of this piece, plus it has plenty of the bling you know I love! XO:)

      Thanks Bill for your super comment, this piece does have alot of "bling" and sparkle, that is my fave kinda jewelry over the duller plain no-rhinestone type, although much can be said for colorful enamel in good condition too
