Can anybody help me identify this item?

Having scoured the net for hours and hours...

All I know is it’s from the Dutch manufacturer Nedinsco Venlo and is a sight/scope and judging by the colour is military ,it has 3 different colour filters built in and two different magnifications.

What I would really like to know:
    When was this made?
    What does it attach to?

Any additional info on this item would be greatly appreciated as it’s driving me crazy

bombs away ....looks like something they used to guide the bombers to the drop zones .. and release them when they hit the right spot,...could be wrong tho....lol could be for a smaller pane to film roads or trains or their wife's ...smiling,. good luck maybe Scott or bb2 might know or have a better guess to help ya,... hang in there..

Try contacting Nedinsco Venlo as they are still in business making military sights.

It’s a naval optic. I’m not sure what it would have been mounted on but it was probably pretty tough. MEOB is Marine electronics and optics Bedrijf.
