As this looks like a small window bug I am thinking this is 1960s. Could be earlier or later. It is a bit larger than the usual Tootsietoy cars, 3 inches long. Bigger than a regular Matchbox model. It is about the size of a Yesteryear and now it is a Yesteryear.
Now what else is there to say about it? It is hollow. Just a body with axles and no floor. Also nice color, patina and wear. Looks like another for the curio cabinet which is rather full.
