I believe this to be a Kralik vase, but I may be wrong. It's 8" tall, white glass cased in an almost "tango" green uranium glass. The ribs look very like other Kralik pieces I've seen. The sterling silver top has the hallmarks for Birmingham, 1907, and William Henry Sparrow who made tops for many pieces.
