Hello everyone!!
I just acquired this bronze plated Shih Tzu sculpture. The sculptor captured all of the fine details of this Shih Tzu perfectly. I love the patina on this one as well. I believe this is zinc spelter with bronze plating. Though it's heavy, it's definitely not cast iron or lead. This dates back to the late 1800's to very early 1900's. This Shih Tzu sculpture measures 7" tall, 9 1/2" long and weighs a bit over 7lbs.
