DejaVu thank you for your fantastic compliments, isn't this just a super giraffe - they are usually stick-like without much movement, but this fellow is kicking up his hooves & running on the plains! It is definitely my fave giraffe in my jewelry, a pleasant surprise from Gem-Craft though I usually love their figurals
Thank you Phil for your terrific praise for this fellow, and yes that green eye is very intense, almost looks like it is mascara framed in the black enamel. The maker really did a great job here with the spot enameling on the gold, enhances this giraffe so well
That's such a lovely brooch, and an unusual subject! I love his pose, kinda looks like he's loping along in the blistering heat as giraffes do. His colour is also very nice, I love the muted rich brown and silver- nicer than the typical brown/yellow you see most giraffes depicted with.

I wanted to find a cool giraffe to show a not-often-seen animal & I'm really glad you liked him!! Yes I could picture him out on the plains in the sweltering African heat, but at least they have short fur right. Thanks for your fabulous praise my friend
