Hi this Stands 5.5"T has a soft satin Surface with a creamy white lining and Sterling Silver Rim. It has 3 marks on the Sterling rim but only the Lino is Visible the other 2 are hard to make out but 1 is a Shield. Im curious as to the maker and age of this.. the rainbow colors are swirled all over the piece. any help is appreciated thank you!

Hi Czechman thanks for the ID so the glass was made in bohemia and the rim is english? isnt the standing lion mark for english registry? i was thinking webb or williams as a possible maker
