Jiri Zejmon number/pattern # 13262 Rudolfova Hut.....made in 1973.
It is:
~ 4.25 inches high
~ 7 inches Long
~ a little over 3 inches wide
~ just clear glass
and it weighs about 2.15 pounds.
Great piece of Czech Glass !!
