Interesting Kralik Iris Millefiori vase.
I have not seen many Kralik pieces on metal bases.... this is my first.

That fancy foot realy works for iris
It does and I have to say my immediate reaction to it was that it was some sort of repair, like you said in your post - but it seems it was meant to be this way.
