I mainly collect costume jewelry but have been swaying towards different outlets lately. I recently started a rare book collection and hope to have my own little library when we renovate the basement next year. I also collect engravings, lithographs, etchings, old letters, Victorian wood dresser boxes-really anything Victorian in nature. Love love love Art Nouveau-I don't think I have anything Art Nouveau though...oh, yes I do! A nice stick pin, I'll post soon. :) I wish I had more friends that were interested in antiques. I'll post pictures to facebook of random things I think are awesome and nobody comments on them. I'm way ahead of my time apparently, or they just don't appreciate the old stuff. Well that's about all! Happy antiquing! (Read more)

  22. That's what I was thinking, can never be sure with that kind of jewelry. It should've been a law that every jewelry maker had to sign their pieces!!!
