This perfume bottle is 5.5 inches tall and 3.25 inches wide. There is a cobalt blue core with an aqua outer layer. I am not certain as to who this is attributed to. If someone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Not sure who made this but the sommerso is really excellent. It is a high quality piece and it would not surprise me if SVdA made it.
