I've had these quite a while without ever having any idea of their origin. The enamelling is nice but not the finest. Beside the floral design there is a vertical pattern of cream enamel lines with gilding on either side of the enamel. This is what makes me think they are Art Nouveau. I have an Art Nouveau rose bowl with this combination of enamelling and gilding.
