A cool little 5 tube radio from 1947 with a faux snakeskin! Made by Trav-Ler this is the model 5028-A, works great and still has the original leather handle albeit worn

CW collection, there are numerous stores that sell these types of batteries ie amazon but they are not cheap. You might get away with connecting approx 7 or 8 9volt batteries in series.
