Today is the beginning of a new lunar year in the Chinese zodiac- Year of Fire Monkey. To mark this occasion, i decided to post this glass monkey figurine i've had for years. I bought him along with a group of other tiny glass animals (will post separately) at a street fair back in 2001 from a Russian artisan. This one is about 3". He is saying "Happy Monkey Year! Go bananas!" =)
