Today is the beginning of a new lunar year in the Chinese zodiac- Year of Fire Monkey. To mark this occasion, i decided to post this glass monkey figurine i've had for years. I bought him along with a group of other tiny glass animals (will post separately) at a street fair back in 2001 from a Russian artisan. This one is about 3". He is saying "Happy Monkey Year! Go bananas!" =)
Happy New Year of Fire Monkey to all CW friends! May it be healthy, peaceful and prosperous for you and your loved ones!
Thank you and may all your Bananas be fresh ones!
