I was buying some motorcycle parts seen this thing looked very wierd and different the guys almost gave it to me! It looks to be very complete I m not sure it works any volunteers to try out a early 20th century machine. ????? Lol

They're usually harmless, save for if something goes wrong. LOL.
Though, taking another look at it, 'Violet Ray' means UV, which causes tissue damage in high amounts (dangerous only if on). The gases have likely all escaped by now, so it likely won't hurt you.
