Loetz "Creta mit Behänge". PN II-513. Circa 1900

I have been searching for a Loetz "Creta mit Behänge" piece for quite sometime. It was a struggle dealing with an unscrupulous eBay dealer, but my persistence paid off and I was able to add this lovely piece to my collection.

Creta mit Behänge is described as crete ground, silver-yellow applied powder over Rusticana decor then a broad green band drawn either up from the bottom or down at the top into lava-like drops. This piece is 5" tall, 3" across the base, 6" across the widest width. Fire polished rim with a ground and polished pontil. Documented shape: PN II-513. Circa 1900.
