It's been a challenging time over the last year...so much has changed. There's been pain & loss, uncertainty & fear...there has also been rebirth, renewal, & hard - won freedom at long last.
The past has left scars, slow to heal, yet they will one day fade to pale reminders of the struggle. Memories remain, to slowly fade around the edges, softening the rawness of old wounds.
I must let peace into my life for the first time.
Surrounded by beauty, I will begin again.
Photos 1, 2, & 3 show the flowering of a new era.

Ahh, the Blue Mountains in spring, there is nowhere else like it. I can see there is a beautiful, established garden to bring you joy. A deserved renewal.
The Megalong Valley is majestic and mysterious, and aeons old. It has helped me put things in perspective. My favourite view is from either Olympic Park lookout or Elysian Rock lookout. Breathtaking. Where was this shot taken?

Yes, keramikos...it's springtime here. It is far more dramatic in my new hometown, the mountains climate is rather distinct from where I've lived all my life in Sydney, where the seasons aren't quite so defined.
