LOETZ RICHARD CAMEO II-1318, THREE VARIANTS.

Dealer's description: "A gorgeous signed "Richard" Art Nouveau bleeding hearts cameo glass vase by Loetz c.1910. Stands 6 1/2 inches tall x 4 1/2 inches diameter. Burgundy on pink. A fabulous form and a great example. Guaranteed to be old and authentic. No chips, cracks. We are told the top rim has been repaired."
That last sentence made others stay away. I will not dwell on it except for pointing out that not having a Pn DOES NOT MEAN, this shape may not be a variant of II-1318. Please look particularly at pics. 2 and 4. The mouth shows no sign of being tampered with. Pic. 4 shows the larger variants. Neither one could possible be cut down!
