Victorian Welz small cased spatter glass vase

Small is fabulous!
Yet again, a nice find on eBay AU. Perhaps I will never need to shop internationally again...
This petite Victorian vase is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over a fine, multi - coloured spatter, with a white interior.
It measures 12.5 cm tall, 4.6 cm across the top rim, & 5.5 cm across the base.
There are two applied clear handles with a leafy texture.
