Hi guys. Today I have what I thought was Czech but may be a Westmoreland variation? It's not orange glass as seen by the clear stem center but a fired on enamel process I believe. Very art deco and you can feel the floral decoration. The orange and the black were applied on the outside giving the inside a glossy look. Also (and I meant to photo it) it has what looks like a cold shear mark in the base of the bowl....but not as "centered" as I would expect. Any thoughts on this one? Thanks everyone ????

Thank you once again TallCakes :) Oh...you will like this...I found a perfect condition Adams Clear Ribbon (300) cake stand with the original floral insert and the cork with the patent dates intact! It is now one of my favorite pieces! Thanks again.

that #300 is a magnificent find; I have a large salver also. Question: is there a glass disk that covers the paper? Images I've seen of 9" and 10" salvers appear to have cracked glass over the paper insert.

I have the same footed bowl. I've had it for maybe 20 years. I always thought it was probably Westmoreland, too...

All I had to do was look up from my desk where my bowl sits on a shelf to take a better look at it. Mine is different, no flower decoration, rolled edge with thinner black border under the rim.... I have a matching candlestick with it. Not sure if it is interesting enough to be worth posting. Maybe I will as I will probably downsize it to a thrift shop, soon, so should probably document it...

TallCakes....I am not sure on the glass disc. I would assume not as I feel the glass disc would always fall out where as the cork can be "shoved n snugged" lol. I will post the cake stand soon.

kwqd.....I believe your is actually Westmoreland or could be Czech.

Lancaster also made a similar piece with rolled edge (#85); prolly need image to ID...
