A while ago I posted a piece as a "Mid Century Sea Anemone" wasn't sure as to it's origin but my latest purchase confirms it to be "My Lady" handmade from Japan. Sitting together the opening on the red one is much larger and thinner than the blue but the rest is the same as well as the polished grind to the bottom and the concave removal of the pontil. I suppose the difference just proves it is "handmade"!
A helpful friend showed me this for sale in NZ Bernard and I was very tempted.
The sticker is the bomb!

Well you know, not going to point fingers when people do me so many favours!
So.... Import label, or export label?
Put on in Japan I think, you see a few pieces here in NZ with this label and of course Karen has seen them in Aussie.
