I just got these today. The flask is made in 2 parts and then joined. Note although it might look different in the pictures the red is the same colour, they were brought together and the red must have been the same batch of glass, I really like them as so much of Tony's other red glass I have is so dark. The lady got them as a wedding present in 84 and they were brought several weeks earlier at Tony Kuepfer's Glass Plant. She was downsizing and had advertised them on a local FB Marketplace page and was glad they were going to someone that recognised what they where. Note I don't look at FB another glass collector pointed it out to me (he has already downsized). The flask is 230mm high and the vase 130mm high.
