This poor thing has been kicking around here for a year and as I am new Matchbox model impaired it is time to post it. This is the roof off version, actually the plastic roof is just missing but it is another way to display this model.
The model was first introduced in 1969 and sold through 1973. Towards the end of the run it turned blue.
An interesting point about the actual vehicle is that it had a driveshaft as opposed to being chain driven. Also it had 36.1 horsepower.
As for the title I picked up a couple Marx Playsets so we will be seeing a lot of those for the next week or so.
