Hello everyone!!
A beautiful pair of bronze Cockatoos that I recently acquired. I don't typically purchase any type of birds for my collection, but these two really caught my eye and the price was right. I love all of the detail on these Cockatoos, especially the gold highlights. These each measure 9" tall and weigh 3lb 12oz each. I'm told that these are from the 1940's. However, there are no markings, that I can detect on these, so I'm not sure when or where these were manufactured.

They are very well done, full of details. It is interesting that they are on some ears of corn. I love seeing what's here eating. They are very smart.
