Hello everyone!!
A couple of months ago I posted a cast Iron dapper gentleman fox. I've been putting off painting him for quite a while now and decided that today was just a good day to paint. So, here he is in his full colorful attire looking quite dapper, I must say. I think he looks much better in full color. For this to be cast iron, it was cast extremely well. I would expect that from bronze, but not with cast iron. Every little detail is nicely defined on this one. So, I'm very impressed with whoever the foundry is that cast this piece. Pic #4 shows what he looked like before he gained his colors. This gentleman fox hails from England and stands 11 1/2" tall, 5 1/2" front to back and weighs in at 7lbs 6oz.

Fabulous gentleman fox, you have colored his outfit beautifully! He is so well dressed in hunting attire methinks he is trying to blend in with the fox hunt folk so they won't chase him lol :)

Thank you so very much Eileen!! The color combination was solely my own creation. I have so many paint colors and I thought about this one for a few days before making a final decision on his colors.
