Small Wood Carved Duck on Log
Approximately 3" x 3"
This is a small wood carved and painted duck, sitting on a log. The log is a tree branch section, that looks kinda like aspen? The duck's legs are made of wire, covered and protruding into the branch to make it stand up.
I had to drill the holes deeper and bend the legs to make it look more presentable. Just wasn't sitting correctly...looked like it was floating above the log. Now it looks like it's standing on the log naturally.
Wonderful wood duck, the colors are beautiful & great detail. Nice job fixing his stance on the log
Dave, This is wonderful!! The detail is amazing and the paintwork is outstanding. Are the eyes made of glass?
