Really cute turtle with great colour! He's so cheerful and summery, reminds me of a beach toy, or even a bath toy (I think I'm remembering one I used to have?!)
But ..is he a paperweight? He reminds me of one actually?

Mantorp were one of a few in Sweden that made controlled bubbles in their animals.

Thank you Searching for your awesome praise, this little turtle does seem very alive & on the move, and aqua blue glass with a little sun nearby makes a good pic 4 me

Lauren I don't know if this is a paperweight but it certainly could be, it's a nice compact size. You're absolutely spot on it really looks like a bath toy, can you see him just swimming about, great perception :) Thank you for your wonderful compliments & super imagery

That's really true Karen & I never realized it before, Mantorp did make more bubble glass animals of the Swedish makers, thinking back I do have alot of them. Aw, I try to search around for interesting animals as I've posted so many (can't believe it's been 5 yrs already!), thank you my friend for your very kind words and terrific insight
