Happy Birthday Sansa Girl!
Today is my birthday, but it's also my female Belgian Malinois Shepherd Sansa's birthday too. It's not really known exactly when she was born. So when I adopted her at about a year old they made this her official birthday.
I adopted her in 2020 just after my mother passed away, then shortly after I adopted Ueli the male. When they found Sansa she was wandering the streets of L. A., was starving about 42 lbs and half her hair was gone from bugs and stress. Now she's 5 years old and about 78 lbs. She loves her companion Ueli and frisbee time. She has had DNA tests done by a foster and she is a pure bred 'blue' Malinois, which is a rare variety.
She has been a good girl and I hope we have many more years. The first picture is today and the others are when I adopted her and when they found her.

Thank you everyone for the birthday wishes and kind comments. The new picture I took of Sansa was just after frisbee time, so she's pretty tired and happy.
Kera - It feels great to be back to work. I'm excited to learn new skills and friendships. The plant is really close. In traffic, I can be there in 15 minutes. Next week I have to goto day shift for a month of training..not looking forward to that..hate early mornings. Dogs hate early mornings too!
