Here is a 7" heavyweight circular green glass ashtray with raised imprinted pair of fish design on the bottom, and three cigarette rest indents. Made by Blenko Glass of Milton WV in the 1960s

Dean thank you for your super comment, I just came across this Blenko piece by accident browsing for a double fish (I try to do a monthly zodiac animal if I can find a nice one, not always). When it arrived I was stunned at the size, weight & thick glass, what an elegant ashtray this must've been in the 60s, my parents day (they were smokers like most people back then, never had a gorgeous ashtray tho).
Scott I agree it's pretty unique, I know Blenko liked doing zodiac paperweights (I've posted a few here incl Pisces), so perhaps this double fish design was intended for Pisces. I'm really glad you loved it, thank you for your wonderful comment

Phil that is a great image, this heavy glass ashtray really should go on a stand, it's large and very showy - I would even think it could have been a glamorous piece at a 60s cocktail party. Smoking did look very cool in social situations back then, until they learned the harm it did to people's health (I never tried it, because both my parents were pretty heavy smokers).
