Egyptomania Alabaster Vase, Alabaster Garniture Early 20th century Circa 1924-25

Circa Mid 1920's Egyptian Decoration Alabaster Vase about 19 inches
I bought this vase sight unseen from an auction in England (Cotswolds). There were no unsightly chips and it was so white and beautiful. At the very top is some carving that goes right through and that was what dated it so precisely. That is an Egyptian Revival design that came about right after Tutankhamun was discovered in Egypt. For references you should see some of the videos on Egyptomania with Doctor Robert or Bob Briers in it. The best ones are on your smart T.V. and he is highly knowledgeable and tells it in at times down to Earth and also at times funny. I have revised the exposure to show the lamps with their patina. The bronzes are highly chased and chiseled !~
