Early Loetz floriform shade ca. 1898

Hiding in plain sight, I found this nice shade that I presume to be a Loetz ca. 1898-99. It has a unique design element not found in the more ubiquitous French floriform shades. There is a rounded bead placed just above the fitter rim. Two other Loetz forms, P I-7534 and PN I-7994 also show this feature. I have seen this design element on no other brand of shade. If anyone else has seen this, I would be curious to know.

The current shade has 2 rows of six petals, whereas the others have 3 rows and 1 row, respectively. The glass is crystal and green glatt and is very heavy quality. The fitter rim is nicely ground on the bottom and the outer edge as most Loetz shades are. The petals are strongly reflexed under. Dimensions are 4.5" tall x 5" wide with a 2.25" fitter.
