Had noidea about the signature. It is to the side of the piece and not beneath. Thanks to BREWSTER we now have a solution. It reads HORIA ... so it is the Puscariu Glassworks. Glass by the husband and wife team of Horia and Carmen Puscariu.

Beautiful bowl, love the two tone coloring
Very nice piece.I see H as the first letter then Corio as the last name.I found a website for artwork were you enter any 3 contiguous letters and it gives you a list of names of who it could be.That’s only if you can identify 3 letters in a row.I’m going to plug in Curio and see if I get anything If I do I’ll let you know.
