This curious goblet was offered by the seller as Loetz, which evidently is not! - moreover, it was described as "designed by Powolny", ha, ha, ha!

Another person, with more sense, attributed it to Kralik Eleanorenhain.

Well, I really don't know, since I've never seen this shape and original decoration anywhere again.

This cheerful looking yellow tango glass vase is made in a single piece and is decorated with black paint and tiny pearls of white enamel. The black parts had a lot of dirt attached. Cleaning it was very laborious, but it was worth it! It stands 13 cm.

If anyone out there could help me identify this piece, I'd be very grateful. Thanks.

Identifying the maker may be near impossible. The industry was saturated with refiners, both small and large, and this is likely a blank by one company, purchased and decorated by another one.

All right, thanks a lot again welzebub for your prompt and interesting comment!

Everything Craig said, it has a few things that make it more desirable- the thickness of the glass and the white dot decor reminiscent of Dagobert Peche... if it only had a designer name on it. Also look into Carl Hosch (enamel refiner) - they did a similar vertical panel decor for Loetz

Hi kralik1928, it's very ineresting what you point about the decor on this vase. I love many Peche's designs, and by the way one day I'll post a pottery vase from the Gmundner Keramik Austria attributed to him. Thanks a lot for your suggestions!
