About two years ago I bought this vase. Czech auction house "Sypka" it offered as Leotz - Grau Melusin Ausführung 104, PN II-2210 with the indication that it was professionally judged by dr. Jitka Lnenickova. see: https://www.sypka.cz/vaza/a77/d19967/
I still expect this to be confirmed in some new book by dr. Lnenickova.
I would welcome any information if you have a vase with this or similar decor.
I think PN II-2204 doesn't match this vase. I think it is PN II-1664, year 1904. The vase is 11.3 x 12 cm.

Yes, or as Andy says: a pattern like PG 7993 executed in aventurine.
