Lovely old piece this, the paint especially the dots is quite raised and can be felt when you rub your hand over it, stands 320mm high. But unfortunately has a small chip on the rim but I'll let it off as it was cheap and shines brightly under the UV torch.

Love this type of glass and have a few bits myself, most likely by Harrach or Josephinenhutte..great size too!..
Any chance of a pic of the pontil
New photo as requested, no pontil showing the bottom is very smooth. The mark at approx 12 o'clock is in the glass.
May just be polished out. Look at the one i have on here. The paintwork raised like that on my piece too.
NevB has a picture of her pontil on here too. Comparison might help us know what is what.
