Hello everyone!!
Another of my cast iron boot scrapers is this wonderful begging Dachshund. I love this one, even though a piece of it's tail has been broken off. It's the only one like it that I've seen, though I'm sure there must be more out there somewhere, but I just haven't seen it. It measures 9 1/4" tall and 11 1/2" long. For it's size, it's quite heavy at 11.5lbs. I called this one vintage, but I'm really not sure of the age of this one as, in all of my research, I've yet to find any information in regards to this design. So, vintage, antique or retro, I really can't answer that at the moment.
