This 2" heart shaped brooch has two rows of small red & white prong set rhinestones on goldtone. By Joseph Warner (1953-1971) from the 1950s

Warner is one of my fave U.S. jewellers who used prongs a lot and good stones. White stones and red is a fave for a lot of people and this does not disappoint !~ The heart shape makes it all the more appealing !~

Phil I too think Warner was a superb costume jeweler, always pronged and so elegant. Loved this heart in the red & white the minute I saw it, very romantic and the colors of the Monaco flag which evokes memories of Princess Grace & Prince Rainier and their fairytale love.
