Hello everyone!!
A pair of cast iron pigs that I recently acquired. I really like these cute little pigs, especially their curly tails. Though these were made by the same manufacturer, they were evidently made at different time periods as the colors are slightly different. The lying down pig measures 5 3/4" long (not including the tail) and weighs 2lbs 10oz. The sitting pig measures 5 1/4" tall and weighs 2lbs 6oz. I'm willing to believe these pigs were made sometime during the 1970's, so not what one would call vintage, but still highly collectible.
