This is my third set of this set but finally I have a complete set plus it is a different box. This one is a D style box. In photo 4 you can see the later E style. This set was sold from 1963 through 1967. As it says "new model" on the end flap it is an easy call to date this at 1963.
The pump set goes with a service station which is sold without the pump island but it does have a space for it.
I named the attendant Nigel.
