Polished foot and rim, lots of scratches on the bottom, on the side is written "La Veni Francois"
Maybe Legras? That's the closest I can find. I know we have a lot of really smart glass people here. Any ideas?

'Francois' is probably the artist...
Perhaps intending to emulate 'La Verre Francais". Signature looks a bit dodgy?? Very pretty piece though.
Signature looks added later. The bottom is very scratched up and definitely has some age.
