Hello everyone!!
Most folks know that I love foxes, rabbits, hares, dogs, etc... So, when I saw this sculpture I had to have it in my collection. This beautiful bronze sculpture, titled "Forever Vigilant" was sculpted by Karla Runquist. The details of this fox is just absolutely amazing. She captured every detail of this beautiful fox. This is a rather large sculpture. The bronze sculptue measures 10 3/4" long and 8 7/8" tall. The entire sculpture and base measure 12" long, 10 1/2" tall and 7" wide. The sculpture and base weighs 13lbs!!
I love all of Karla Runquist's sculptures and paintings, but I know little about her. I do know that she once resided in Roseville, IL, but has since moved to Virginia with her husband.

A gorgeous piece as the fox has that stance as if he was now discovered, the paint job really brings it to life !~
