    This vase is in amazingly good condition for dating to about 1888; it is Loetz's 'hellmarmor' decor, which means 'pale marble'. In comparison to others of the Loetz marmoriertes decors (those that look like marbled stone), hellmarmor is very soft and delicate in color, and one of my favorites. The enamel decoration (DEK still unknown) around the collar of this vase is in excellent condition, too. The vase measures 7" (17.8cm) inches tall.
