This wonderful cast iron doll dresser belonged to a very elderly lady, who gave it to me over 30 years ago, when she was in her late 90s. It had been her mother's as a child. My friend had never married, and no had no one to pass it on to, but me! I'm so grateful! The back has a patent date of February 5, 1867. It stands about 10" tall.

Does the mirror have three tabs on the back for holding the mirror in place? Two on the side and one on the bottom?
