I believe is what they call a Posy Vase? Beautiful colors, and metal frog is in very good condition. Czech for sure! Polished rim. Size about 5 inches high, by 5 inches wide. Lovely old piece. Not sure of maker, or age so if someone knows that would be great!! I am thinking maybe 1940's +/- era but unsure. thxs
