    This rather stylish brooch is my last buy!
    There was an unexpected bid struggle on it...

    Only 1000+ feedback buyers!

    But it is so neat, I needed to get it for €35 with shipping :-/

    No marks, it is very light and mesure 1" square.

    Any idea why so much dealers wanted it?

      To be honest both pieces seem nouveau to me... Yours is clearly Egyptian revival... Perhaps a custom mourning piece? In any case, beautiful!
