First we all failed: the seller, a good friend of mine in the USA and then me. We all tried to photograph the vase, but it did not work. The combination of reflecting clear glass on the outside, the orange with silver in the upper part and the dark green lower portion were too much for our skills. Either the green was too dark and the structure not visible, or the outer surface appeared matte or the silver was white and the orange pale. But I have a talented friend, a master of light, who was able to penetrate into the structure past the glossy surface without making it matte. Here are the results. About 71/2 tall.

One that you have to hold to appreciate - such a hard piece to photograph. Nicely done. :)
The photography is almost as great as the vase itself! Well done.
